The Oasis Store, LLC Return and Refund Policy:

This Seller follows a strict Return/Refund/Store Credit Policy:

1. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. 
2. Buyer MUST notify us of their intent to return product within 5 days of receiving product.
3. Item MUST ship product back to Seller within 7 days of Buyer receiving the product.

Seller will provide a return/refund for any items that do not fit (ill-fitting, such as apparel), or damaged during shipping, or defective items, so long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Buyer will be required to send ill-fitting (apparel)/damaged/defective product back to Seller, and must be received by Seller, in order for a Refund or Store Credit to be given. Food and Beverage items are Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable. Clearance items are Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable (If item is on Clearance, it will be stated in description). Buyers will contact the Seller with any requests for return, and Seller will adhere strictly to the aforementioned return rules. No exceptions will be made.

Please follow the below steps to complete a return:

1. Message Seller to request return and refund HERE (select Refunds from the Subject dropdown, and provide your order number in body of Your Message).
2. Seller will email Buyer instructions to return product.
3. Buyer ships product back to Seller within 7 days of receiving product.
4. Buyer MUST promptly email return product tracking information to Seller at time of shipment. This ensures we know you sent it within the specified 7 days (above).
5. Seller receives product and verifies it is in good condition.
6. Seller issues a refund or store credit to Buyer for returned product (whichever Buyer has specified at request for refund).

Clearance items are Non-Refundable (stated in Description). Should Seller find items damaged, worn, used or tags have been removed, NO Refund will be given. IF refund/return claims are not made within 5 days of Buyer receiving product, or product was not shipped for return within 7 days of receiving product, NO Refund will be given. Our suppliers have strict timelines for returns, and so NO exceptions will be made to the aforementioned rules.
